Almond Milk & Energy Balls

Easy(ish), versatile and delicious..

soaked almonds ready for almond milk
Soak Almonds for 8-10 hours
  • Soak Almonds in filtered water for 8-10 hours (overnight in prep for morning milk is the best!)
  • Drain and rinse
  • Blend Almonds in blender / bullet
  • Strain in nut milk bag via a funnel into container
  • Add flavour or sweetener (optional dates / stevia)
  • That’s it for the milk
  • Experiment with the volume of almonds for each bottle. For 1 litre I started with a good handful of almonds.

Save the pulp after straining for energy balls

This is after making two litres of milk (2 handfuls of almonds)
