Nutritional Therapy

Nutritional Therapy provides the right nutrients for the body to heal itself and optimise health.  Nutritional Therapy aligns with elements of functional medicine to support health conditions.  Interventions primarily use nutrients from food, with assistance from supplements as required. 

My nutritional advice is safe and evidence formed. I spend time in researching your exact requirements and form a plan that is tailored to you.

I specialise in helping clients who are looking to alter their body composition. Please be aware, there will be no counting calories. Only solid nutritional and lifestyle interventions here! 

With so many foods and non foods on offer, do you need just a bit of guidance as to what is healthy and what is not?  

Having suffered with IBS, I know how uncomfortable this can be. Consultations are designed to get to the root cause of the issue. Possible causes may include food sensitivities or conditions such as small intestinal bacterial overgrowth; parasites; infections. Finding a protocol that leaves you pain free and able to enjoy life is our main goal. 

We all know how important it is to keep the immune system in great condition. Perhaps, you get constant colds during the year or struggle with shaking off infections? I will work with you to optimise your nutrition and lifestyle to promote a healthy immune system. 

Skin conditions such as eczema & psoriasis and allergies such as hay fever are often linked to the gut. There can be an imbalance in the gut which causes the immune system to over react. We will look at supporting your gut health in order to support these over reactions. 

Struggling to get a good night’s sleep? Life has never been so stressful! We all need solutions to drop off easily and maintain sleep throughout the night. Sleep is so important to the body for repair and maintenance. My sleep protocol starts with great nutrition and a great sleep hygiene routine. 

Feeling sluggish? Our mitochondria (energy producing parts of our cells) can become dysfunctional and need extra nutritional support to work efficiently. Nutrition plays a vital role in energy production. My protocols provide the right nutrients at the right time to get you feeling great again.

Functional Testing

Functional testing improves the efficiency of Nutritional Therapy. There are many tests that we can use to assess your health condition and get a clear picture of how we can individualise your programme. I am unable to diagnose, however we can rule out certain conditions through testing and provide accurate advice. 

Testing may be possible through your GP. If this is not possible, then private testing can be used at preferential rates. Private testing is performed by professionally recognised laboratories in the UK. Saliva, stool, urine, blood or DNA tests can be analysed.

The 1-2-1 online or telephone consultation. Duration 60 minutes. We will explore your health in great detail and review your questionnaire and food diary. Some initial recommendations will be made during this meeting. After the meeting, you will receive a detailed nutritional protocol within 3 working days. 

You will receive 10% off any supplements advised. 


Duration up to 45 minutes. This is a follow up after an initial consultation or can be taken after a previous follow up. The purpose of this session is to review the plan and make adjustments as required. 


Great value with this package. It is ideal for body composition programmes and those with more complex health needs. Includes:

  1. Week 1. 1 x 60 minute. 1-2-1 Consultation including plan. 
  2. Weeks 5,9,13. 3 x Follow up sessions (up to 45 mins) including any adjustments to plans or supplements.
